CLA belongs to group of irreplaceable(that is not developed in an organism) polynonsaturated fatty acids it is also necessary for the correct metabolism and normal functioning of an organism. Conjugated (with the chain doubled molecular) CLA is not formed in an organism, and its action considerably differs from effect of simple linoleic acid. It is experimentally proved that the organism receives less CLA with food as it is a part of animal fats which consumption is tried to be reduced, as a rule, at improving diets. Therefore additional reception of CLA at high loadings is especially necessary.
