APPLICATION AREA

It is used to obtain independent protective and decorative patterned coatings on various metal surfaces. It can be applied both on new surfaces and on surfaces subject to corrosion. It is used for painting metal structures, parts of devices and mechanisms, art forging products, gates, fences, gratings, fences, railings, flagpoles, garden tools, metal furniture (cabinets, shelves, safes), as well as any other metal products and structures.

SUBSTRATE PREPARATION

The surface must be dry and thoroughly free from dust, grease, salt deposits and other contaminants. Treat clean metal surfaces with sandpaper to improve adhesion, remove sanding dust, degrease with a solvent; completely clean previously painted metal surfaces from the previous paint and varnish material, a thick layer of peeling rust, salt deposits and other contaminants with a wire brush or coarse sandpaper, remove sanding dust, degrease with a solvent. The use of an anti - corrosive primer is optional, but recommended, helps to reduce paint consumption, facilitates application and can further improve the properties of the resulting coating.

PERFORMANCE OF WORKS

Before use, add 15 - 20% solvent (Farbis F - 6, Cheton - 650) to the paint, mix thoroughly. When applying with a brush or short - haired roller, apply 2 - 3 even thin coats, avoiding smudges. The first layer is applied, after 30 minutes the second layer, and if the expected result has not been achieved, another layer is applied after 2 hours. When painting by spraying, apply the paint in 3 - 4 thin layers (distance from the surface 15 - 20 cm, pressure 2 atm). Application of layers is carried out according to the principle "wet on wet", it is not recommended to have a break between the applied layers for more than 2 - 3 hours. The most highly decorative coatings are obtained by spraying paint. Limitations of use: ATTENTION! Do not use white spirit, solvent and other solvents not specified in the instructions. Carry out coloring at air and surface temperatures from + 10 ° С to + 25 ° С, air humidity no more than 85% . Do not paint in windy or wet weather! After applying the first layer, apply the next one no later than 4 hours after the previous one. (Attention, in the case of applying a new layer of enamel later than 24 hours after the application of the previous one, you should check the occurrence of "waviness" in the test area). Drying time of each layer at a temperature of + 20 ° C and a relative humidity of 65% : "touch - free" - 15 - 30 minutes, complete drying - 4 hours. Complete curing of the coating - 24 hours.
