1C:Enterprise 8. Car service

Software product "1C:Enterprise 8. The car service" is intended for automation of expeditious and management accounting at the small enterprises of a car business which primary activity is rendering services in repair and service of cars.

The product is developed on the basis of a standard configuration "Management of small firm" of system of the programs "1C:Enterprise 8" with preservation of all main opportunities and mechanisms of this standard decision.

• Accounting of performance of car repairs by the document "Order".
• Carrying out stage-by-stage repair (the application, repair performance, expectation, repair it is executed, the order is closed).
• Use of different types of repairs. Repairs can be both paid, and free.
• Flexible pricing for autoworks depending on model or a complete set of the car, the contractor, a look and the place of repair.
• Automatic calculation of cost of repair in the order according to the adjusted rules of pricing.
• Convenient mechanisms of work with spare parts. Selection of spare parts in the order taking into account the remains in warehouses.
• An opportunity to reserve the spare parts which are available in a warehouse and to make out orders of buyers for the absent goods for the subsequent their placement in orders to suppliers.
• Reflection of all movements of spare parts in the course of repair (delivery from a warehouse under the order, return for a warehouse, movements between orders).
• The accounting of spare parts in shops of car service according to not closed orders (work in progress).
